One of Terri's closest friend stated, that she and Terri were looking for an apartment, even discussed furniture, because Terri was planning to leave MS, because he was controlling and abusive.

THEN she suddenly collapsed.

Maybe she told MS that she was going to leave him, and he went into a rage and tried to kill her, but botched it, but then he turned it into a gold mine, and killed her later.

A nurse also testified that when MS visited Terri, he closed the door, and Terri was always in worse shape, after he left, she found insulin bottles in her waste basket, when they measured her glucose, it was way below normal -- and it appeared that MS gave Terri insulin shots, trying to induce coma and death. By this time MS was a nurse, so he had access to stuff like that and knew the consequences.

What we see here is most likely a murder, that MS not only got away with, but was approved by a judge. Scott Peterson wishes he had thought of this.

The following I heard on a radio interview w/Terri's parents first lawyer earlier this week.

She went to church w/her parents at 4:30 pm like she always did. After mass they went to a family friend's house who had an Italian chef as a house guest. Instead of going out for dinner, the chef cooked for them. Terri left for home around 9 pm. Her girlfriend called because she knew Terri had her hair done and she wanted to see if she kept the blond or went back to her natural color. Terri was very upset because Michael and her had a fight. Her friend (I think this was the friend she planned on getting an apartment with) was concerned how upset Terri sounded. She suggested Terri come over her house and spend the night or she will visit her. Terri said no, but will pretend to be sleeping when MS came home.

Then her brother called her to see if she wanted to go out and she said no, she was going to stay home.

Early next morning, MS called Terri's dad. and then Terri's dad called Bobby to say something happened to Terri - get over there now! He found Terri with her fists curled up by her neck face down on the floor. And the 15-year nightmare began for Terri and her devoted parents and siblings.

Murder? That's the way I see it. To me, it can't have any other name. At the hands of a violent control freak who continues being so with the help of a corrupt judge and a 'death by design' lawyer.
