And why does a Probate Court judge allowed to make life or death decisions?

I don't think he has jursidiction. Someone should examine that.

Greer is not simply a probate court judge. He is a judge of a court of general jurisdiction meaning that he hears all types of cases including probate law, family law, criminal law ...
