How Christian of you to call for revenge and judgement. Was that part of Jesus's sermon on the mount?

It wasn't part of His sermon on the mount, but it came later, when He said he'd return with His angels, to save His own and destroy the others.

It is obvious to me that you do not understand the true teachings of Jesus Christ. He taught about justice for those who are not able to help themselves. In other words, Jesus spoke up for the disabled who are just like Terri.

What you are saying is totally false when it comes to the message of the gospels. It is false because it was never stated that someone who had committed a felony should be left within the community and go unpunished. Look at what happened to Ananias and Sapphira when they lied about what they had received when they sold their property. They were condemned immediately to death for their lying to the Holy Spirit.

The Scripture does not say that there should be no punishment for the wicked. If you read the Book of Isaiah you will see that the prophet Isaiah spoke out against the very injustices that were perpetrated against Terri Schindler. If you read the story of Esther, you will see that there was also an element of injustice and that the man who had attempted the pogom against the Jews was in turn punished by the same means that he sought for the death of the Jews.

The Sermon on the Mount is concerned with the BE ATTITUDES of life. It is a prescription for living our lives to a very high standard. Seeking punishment for someone who has stolen the life of a disabled person is not against the principles of the Sermon of the Mount.
