And the news just came out this week, how Dan Rather's interview with Mr. Gonzalez was orchestrated and handled by Slick's friend/attorney. It all stinks.
Pro-Life PING!
I been listening to civil war tapes for 2 weeks and the parallels to the start of the civil war are a little chilling. however...
How long should we wait out judicial tyranny before we decide to govern ourselves again?
That's good.
Doesn't matter ... this is a situation #2...EMERGENCY....no court or judge can stop them from taking custody of TERRI...judge has NO ground to stand on...Jeb will be taking Terri into custody tonight...hide and watch....
They are marked men.
Furthermore, the Clintons only went federal after the Cuban prisoner riot in Louisiana. Originally, Janet Reno was arguing that the Elian affair was a matter for the family courts in Florida. After an uprecedented agreement by Castro to take the prisoners back, Clinton reversed himself and declared the matter to be a federal immigration issue.

Please explain how the judge has no ground to stand on. (fingers and toes crossed)
I hope you know something that I don't know.
Dr William Cheshire after spending 90 minutes with Terri Schiavo. Taken from his affadavit dated 3/23/05.
"I hope he's ok."
Well, he has been abandoned by his Republicans in the Senate -- I'm presuming at least some of them voted against the bill -- because the Florida Supreme Court will just declare it unconstitutional anyway?!? The judiciary can defend their own turf pretty darn well, including the turf they have gotten by just asserting they own it. Can't the legislative branch even pretend to defend theirs??!
Governor Bush's phone box was full, so I wrote an email. I told him that if he has to walk down the street alone, like Gary Cooper in High Noon, well that is what he has to do . . .
Anyway, he is not likely to be as thin as Terri will be, if he doesn't protect her . . . (sigh)
Exactly. On Court Tv one of the announcers stated that the state has every right to take Terri into protective custody. If they drag their feet much longer, she will be dead and who knows what harm these delays will do to her. Although Judge Greer might be bought off, IMHO he enjoys having Terri suffer and die.
The answer is impeachment on a large scale, State and Federal.
That means voting in legislators who have a pair.
So9
I love it. The liberal bureaucracy ignoring the liberal courts ... on behalf of the right to life. This will drive the culture-of-death folks crazy, if it happens!
I think all the judges that denied this case have her blood on their hands. As well as some law makers in the Senate.
Can you say Felony Contempt of Court?
Can you say enforce it?
I don't know this lady, never heard of her, of course. But I can't see her overpowering George W. Greer. She would need military force to back her up.
And would the missing cerebral cortex have been sucked out when Terri was in California to have a pair of matching brain electrodes fitted and some "experimental" electro-shock therapy.
Who was the "doctor" and the hospital....enquiring minds seek to know.
Sounds to me like a FEDERAL case here....transporting a comotose patient across state lines for "experimental" surgury.
Who authortized this...?
Who paid...?
I'm hoping they had the area secured and the hospice under surveillance from just before the press conference.
When did the doc meet with her?
And, is that enough to override the court's "assignment" of Michael as Terri's legal guardian?
