Sad thing though, she knows alot. I would be very careful if I was her. We know what wedding vows can do to you. She would have more rights if she stayed living with him.

the balance of powers playing out...its a beautiful thing...I wish more legislatures and executives had the guts to say to the courts..."no...you're not the final word on every issue...we are co-equal, not subordinate branches" I totally agree. The judicial branch has gone far too long with out any checks or balances.

And if filed by an attorney against a LEO exercising statutory powers, should result in Rule 11 sanctions. As I said, Felos is just blustering and blowing smoke.

Rule of law is one thing, Rule of Judiciary is another.

Add me to the list of those who condemn this troll(actionforterri).Calling for Mr. Schiavo's murder reveals the new(and banned) poster is likely a "cult of death" member.
I would be happy should Mr. Schiavo simply stop his cruelty and step aside in favor of her parents.

I called the DCF and got recordings that mailboxes are all full, was transferred to an 'attendant' and got another full mail box recording. Never talked to a human.

We should not base life-and-death decisions on "maybes". That is why we have courts to settle disputes like this. This has been to court 23 times - and counting. The supreme court - twice!
Her doctors say she is a vegetable, the husband says she would not want to live like that. The courts - over and over again - have upheld this.

then why is she breathing?

I don't think you understand "rule of law". Rule of law does not mean that Nazi guards must obey their superiors and execute women and children in concentration camps. Rule of law does not mean that we must obey everything passed by Congress and signed by the President. Laws can be unjust on account of their failure to conform to natural law. In that case, non-conformity to the unjust law, and conformity to natural law, is still abiding by the "rule of law".

Isn't it beautiful what tinpot dictators can do. GHOULAGG: "She's mine! She's mine! Nobody can take her away!" Re-elected to be true, but that in a heavily Scientologist community which is NOT kind to the disabled.

You have been so brain washed over the years to accept judicial tyranny that when an executive exercises his constitution power, YOU THINK IT ABNORMAL.
To: EricT.
Congress should cut the budget of the 11th Circuit in half. You don't have to cut the salaries of the judges, just get rid of most of their support staff.
To: Walkin Man
Well said. I wonder how many of these people so fired up about this are ignoring those in their lives who need attention, too.
I care about this woman, I support her life, but I am being really turned off by some of the comments I've read.

I believe the State Cops would prevail if it came to that. How it must turn the stomach's of the local cops to arrest children and prevent Terri's family from giving her even a drop of water. I agree.
I rather doubt that the local cops who a "guarding" Terri are all that committed to seeing her die. More likely that at least some of them would be delighted to help load her into a rescue bus. Maybe help provide escort to the border, where Georgia can take over.
She can come to my house. Anytime.
