The insurance agency was a false front...it wasn't in operation for long, didn't seem to make any money, and then it was sold to a bigger insurance family.

I'll bet it sold at least ONE very large multi-million policy on a woman who had 45 more years of life expectancy, about 1995. It probably gave a rock-bottom price for the policy too!
