Boise is saying he thinks the Court of Appeals will order the feeding tube put back in....preserve life while the court process occurs.

Unfortunately, he also said that he thinks they will eventually rule that Greer was right so we may have to go through this all over again.
This is so obvious to any decent person with common sense (I know that there are not a lot of them around anymore) that it is astonishing that all the king's judges and all the king's men cannot make sense of this mess. Newt Gingrich is right. The lawyerly class - his words - need to have their wings clipped.
I was surprised and very pleased to hear Boies give his opinion that the tube should be put back -- until the case is reviewed.
