Will the 11th Circuit wait until 3 PM to hear the case, like the judge yesterday that issued that terrible ruling? To show the independence of the judiciary from that cowboy Prez and his rough rider Congress? (/sarcasm)
I fear that Terri's only chances now lie with the 11th Circuit, or an executive action by the President of the United States to enforce the law that was passed just yesterday.
