I am hoping you misunderstood me. I believe the right of self determination means just that. In this case, in the absence of a written or clear directive, I believe that the burden of evidence is on the side of any who say she wouldn't want to live. Further, I believe that evidence should meet the same threshold required in a criminal proceeding. The presumption of innocence is no different to me than the presumption of life.
