we all complained about "judicial activism" Oh, you didn't know? Judicial activism is what occurs when a court makes a decision that you don't like. When you agree with the decision, the court is a paragon of judicial restraint.
That's one of the things that's bothered me over the years. Who decides what judicial decisions are sound and which aren't? Impeaching judges for decisions is opening a nasty can of worms IMHO.
