Irrelevant. Some college students were bad, therefore it's unrealistic to expect college students in general to be good?

The Romans were having orgies a long time before the 1960's. Doesn't mean it was a good idea.

Never said it was good or proper. Just a reality among a % of college age kids. Not all kids today participate in these things either.

But harping about it ain't gonna change anything. Much like drinking on campus.
