I have a few questions to the well informed here:
1. Why was a Guardian Ad Litem not appointed to protect Mrs. Shiavo's rights when Mr. Shiavo's clear conflict of interest became clear? Or was one appointed?
2. Could such a Guardian might have sued for divorce on her behalf?
3. Is this case depending on the common law of oral contracts or does statute law in FL allow the spouse to claim the other spouse to die?
Thanks for any answers.
A Guardian was appointed, and complained about the husband's unreasonable behavior. Greer then dumped him, and made himself guardian, which is unlawful since he was acting both as Guardian and Judge.
