I saw an interview of the former employer and I believe the incident to which you refer was not recent. At that time he had not yet been a convicted child molester.
He also said the letters were more like romantic ramblings (equally sick though) and the young girl told the employer and her parents. He was then fired and ended up moving from the area.
Eventually he returned and apparently not until after the molestation convictions. That is if I heard it correctly. :-)
Is this true? Is it? I can't believe they have one of those ankle monitoring devices on Martha Stewart but not scum like this guy? What the hell is going on anyway?
