Why does a judge have more power than the governor of the state? I don't get this.
I just finished reading "Men in Black". Mark Levine does a very good job of illustrating the answer to this kind of question. In short, the judiciary has progressively overstepped its constitutional authority further and further throughout our nation's history.
The judiciary is comprised of tyrants.
We need to curtail their usurped powers before it's too late.
