Michael Schiavo didn't "remember" that she wanted to die until years later, after the money was received from the lawsuit. His statement is totally worthless - a lie. He certainly did not remember it during the lawsuit.

One thing not being factored in is Dr. God. Wouldn't it simply be amazing if suddenly, Terri regained full brain activity? Maybe that sounds ignorant, but unexplainable things happen to patients all the time. I'm not predicting a recovery. That's up to God.

Regardless, a clear cut signed piece of paper is a much more clear guideline than the word of a discredited spouse.
