God Bless Sen. Enzi. This is truly an 11th hour masterstroke against which the sicko phony-Christian Judge Greer and his comrades on the FLA Supremes can do nothing.

Something must be done to get the sickola Michael Schiavo to give up his guardianship over this poor woman. For him to hang on this long he must either be a true control-freak sicko or - quite likely - afraid of being discovered as the man who put his wife into this state by choking her on the night she was found unconscious.

My money's on the latter theory. Anyone know if there's a statute of limitations in Florida for attempted murder?

Only if she had a gay lover would the courts intervene to protect her from her abusive husband.

Thank God, God has his hand in this and will decide when he wants to call her home. Praise-Praise

There is no statute of limitations on attempted murder anywhere in the US. Much to the dismay of certain, shall we say, elements of the liberal mass.

One of the more intriguing observations on this case is that Michael Schiavo sued for funds to take care of Terri in her limited functional capacity.

THEN...after securing funds to do so, (seven years later) he remembers "Terri would not want to live this limited functional life"

Which statements are true and which are perjury? Judge Greer should get off the bench and go back to law school.
