That's the way it is, sadly.
The thing that bothers me most today is all this flurry of legislation; you know how that usually turns out: we get MUCH more than we ever expected.
I just don't want the federal government in my house, making decisions like this for me.
If I don't like what NC does, I can raise holy hell or move; not too many places I'd like to live outside the USA. :-)
