Here's some more information from a contact who knows the girl.

Apparently, she had been kept in her parents' basement for THREE YEARS. Her three younger sisters didn't tell anyone, since they were young and impressionable. While they had her chained up to the wall, they put a shock collar on her, and would shock her from time to time. They hit her, burned her feet with a hot iron, and hit her in the face with a hammer one time.

They eventually got arrested, but were released on bail. Then, they thought they knew where she was, so they tried to BREAK INTO THEIR FOSTER HOME, KIDNAP HER SISTERS, AND KILL HER.

The sisters were very young. However, I think by the end of this, the next oldest was 13. There might be some punishment in order, though I doubt she'll prosecute her sisters.
