Yo pod! You're sweet.
If you are in the DC area you could help out all FReepers who might be traveling, by doing a quick mapquest of where the march will be held. Then perhaps suggest 2-3 hotels near the area. (Smart FReepers then can use Travelocity or Priceline to nail down good deals) And which airport Dulles or Reagan? Do we take a taxi from the airport or a shuttle? Is a rental car needed?
The logistics can be overwhelming....

Sittinyonder and I could use a list of nearby hotels if someone could provide it. Preferably near the (what's it called in DC?) the Metro.

Reagan is closer. We are actually in 1 1/2 hours north of DC. I'll go after the Mapquest thing later this evening.
Headed out the door...

Fly into Reagan National if possible. You'll pay a bit more, but IMHO it's worth it. Then you just hop on the Metro to your hotel and to the rally site. If you do fly into Dulles or BWI, you can get an airport shuttle over to National. Or from BWI a short shuttle ride allows you to take the Amtrak or MARC train down into Union Station.
Stay away from a rental car, if possible. Driving in downtown D.C. can be a nightmare for locals, not to mention visitors.
