I heard on the radio this morning that in 1980, DemocRAT Peanutman CARTER set aside ANWR as a possible oil drilling site. Has anyone else heard this?

What is it these guys always say about abortion and other issues? "If you don't want to 'DO IT' (insert issue), then don't do it."Reminds me of a good pro-life argument I once read: those "Against Abortion? Don't Have One" bumper stickers make as much sense as ones reading "Against Slavery? Don't Own One."

I was referring to the proposal to put windmills in Cape Cod. I believe Kerry and Kennedy have opposed it in a classic "not in my backyard".

It's interesting. www.anwr.org is full of pro-development and pro adminstration links and articles. Yet, on the right hand side is a column of google ads that point to article by Babs Boxer and this vile link to anti W stuff - http://dontblamemeivoted4kerry.com/ .

Well this Texas girl got out of PA last summer - and I can tell you honestly, the TexMex food is just as incredible as I remembered it all that time in PA.........(but the pizza sucks here..........;^)

Well, our good friend, TexasCowboy, is a consultant over drilling rigs (did I explain that correctly Cowboy?) and he never seems to be out of work in Texas...........

I'm waiting for the oil industry to drill on our farm near Giddings. Back in the 60s & 70s, there were many exploratory holes drilled and seismic crews crossing our place.
There is one circle about 800 - 950 feet that had no less than seven crews cross in one year. It just seems like they knew there was oil or gas under the ground there. There is a gas well less than 1/2 mile from our property line and an oil well 3/4 mile away.

Yeah, he makes a laughing stock out of the once great state of Massachusetts. I laugh at people of that former great state who believe that Kennedy and Kerry have any influence in the senate anymore

I'd be willing to see the Pubbies come up with a compromise proposal, in which ANWR drilling is replaced by the construction of sufficient wind farms off Martha's Vineyard to provide the same amount of energy.

What the heck are musk oxen doing in ANWR? I thought they were native to Nunivak Island.

Democrats put ice over people. ...and people on ice...
As to your tagline, I respectfully disagree...as long as he is alive, in any office, and with access to a mic, he is a danger to national security. As for his email, my answer is in my tagline...courtesy of Jo Dee Messina.
