not that I'm a fan of insurance companies, but paying out 90k+ per annum for every senior in long term nursing care would increase your rates astronomically.
I couldn't afford that and neither could just about anyone else.

Well, count me stupid, but it wasn't until recently that I found out that health insurance won't pay for a person's nursing home stay. And this means that the state would rather collect welfare from all of us to support the people in nursing homes?
I'm mind boggled with this. Might take a blue print for me to understand how this works.
