Offering my prayers
I'm not sure, but I think it's around 20 weeks, which was this baby's gestational age.
Pray hard!
Prayers for wee little Malachi and his parents as well as the medical staff attending him.
Agreeing in prayer for Malachi and his family!
Lord hold this presious baby in Your protective hands. May he have a full and healthy life. Amen
Mercy! Our prayers certainly are being said this little one and his parents. What a road ahead of them they have. Remember???????????
All of the medical profession tells our family that it was the 24/7 of love, talking to, being there, touching, etc. that brought Logan through it to what he is today. But we really know the secret!.......it was the prayers of so many and the miracle God performed.
We pray little Malachi grows as Logan has.... in every way. Healthy, Happy and a testament to the Love of God.
Hugs to all....
Nana (for TT who's at the coast enjoying a fun weekend with Mommy & Daddy)
And thanks.
Malachi Andreas Whitlock prayer bump!!!
We are praying for little Malachi in this household.
Dearest Lord Jesus, please protect and make strong this little guy.
Thank you beaversmom for giving us the opportunity to pray for this little creation of God.
Here on the west coast (as far east as OK) there is a burger chain called Carl's Jr. The founder of the company, Carl Kartcher (sp?) was fairly right leaning. Back in the 70's they were always giving away American flag decals. One of my faves back then was a chili chees dog with a BIG Jalapeno on top.
Their current new commercial features a baby in the womb, as viewed on a green screen 3D image. He's yelling at his mom to 'knock it off' with the new spicy burger. The kid yanks on mom's umbilical cord gives a few kicks, the message is 'Hey, I'm a baby in here, I don't need Jalapenos!'
'Hey, I'm a baby in here, I don't need Jalapenos!'
OMG, that is wonderful! Haven't seen the ad here in Florida yet.
Prayers sent.
I know they're true....as my grandchild was recently born 8 weeks early....
...and for the same reason as the mom in this story......high blood pressure...rapid swelling of legs, etc.
Our granddaughter came into this world much loved and long awaited.
Our daughter visited NICU twice a day, and her husband after work.
They kissed Emily, touched her, held her, fed her, prayed over her and even made a recording of soothing lullabyes to put in her isolette, and taped their picture on the side of the crib.
Emily thrived!!!....
...She shrugged off every bell and whistle as fast as she could....and never needed a respirator.
She's now almost 8 pounds.....and continues to amaze everyone.
Her developement is advanced and her eyes and ears check out just fine!--and she;s very strong!!
Her parents are devoted to her and she's a very cute baby :)
God is good!
I love to talk about His marvelous works!...
..Our family is very pro-life and our daughter very much so.
God brought our granddaughter early for a reason......and I know she has already touched a lot of hearts!!!
And last, but not least, God bless the folks in NICU......technology has advanced, but it's just science without the loving, caring nurses and doctors who nurture these little ones to health!!
Praying for tiny Malachi and his parents. I love it when new fathers express overwhelming joy at the birth of their child.
Amen and Amen to your beautiful prayer, Pegita. God bless Malachi and his parents and doctors.
I join in prayer with the others here for this precious, tiny one!
I sure wish there was some way for Malachi's mom to know about this thread. Wouldn't that be neat to get daily progress reports like we did with our Logan???
Indeed, it would be neat to get those daily reports!
And the SUPPORT she'd get....WOW!!
Here's hoping someone in the area is reading this and can contact her...
(wink wink, hint hint)
