Like life in prison without the possibility of parole. What if they escape?

Whats to stop them from killing guards?

Why should we pay for their free- health care when they get sick such needing HEART transplants?

Their is no such thing as life in prison anymore. Prisoners are always released later down the line when the state cannot afford to keep them.

What's to stop them from escaping, killing guards, etc. with the death penalty? They have already received the max. penalty, and it takes years to execute someone.

Are you making the argument that anyone sentenced to life should be executed? You realize, with 3 strikes laws in places like California, that would lead to executions of people convicted of three car-theft felonies, as an example?
