Did you really meet Koontz? I think I have read everything he has written, and since they now change the cover pictures on the older paperbacks...lol...I have purchased a few I had already read...and enjoyed um all over again.

I think he is FABULOUS.

Am considering his newest..the rewriting of Frankenstein ala Koontz and another author (the new way to go, I guess)

Did he seem like a nice man? I so love his characters...and especially his relationship, understanding of dogs. His tenderness is arresting.

I met him in 1987 for the signing of Twilight Eyes. He is every bit as nice as the protagonists in his books.

He has taught writing in the past. King may have the more flashy writing style but Koontz's books are better plotted. Well foreshadowed with few plotholes.
