What was the funny part - the 1,000 dead soldiers blood that "Bush" spilled with his "lies", or the part about Farenheit 911 being "beautiful"? Or was it the tired old "us black people" shuck-and-jive jokes?

Yes sir. That was really poor. I love Rock, and he's the only reason I tuned in tonight. I've turned it off already. That was really poor, and unnecessary. There are plenty of funny things he could have said regarding that movie or Bush, but expressing all the truth he learned in F911 was off the charts for bullsh_t.

" Isn't she the one who played in Topper?"

Yep, it is. I wondered myself and then did a Google search and found out it was her. She looks damn good!!

I loved his tribute to the troops. He seemed to at least understand Why We Fight.

I hope you're not surprised.

Well frankly I was after hearing how they were being hurt in their pocket books with all their nasty politics.

I know, I know, I'm not supposed to like Morgan Freeman because of his politics, but God Forgive me, I love his acting!

They were applauding it, weren't they? Anyone boo and/or get up and leave?

Oh grow up. Comedians make fun of the Presdient all the time. They always will. Rock made fun of Moore too.

Freeman should have won for Shawshank Redemption and Bruce Almightly. Glad to see he has finally won.

So much for watching the Oscars this year.

The worst crop of movies in the history of the industry combined with the worst MC in the history of the Oscars doesn't exactly make for good television.

I noticed that too....I see Kerry/Edwards stickers with support our troops stickers on the same car...very annoying and hypocritical.
