So sorry Mr. Felos has been personally inconvenienced by all of this. However, the DCF is charged with a particular duty and I would assess they intend to honor that whether or not Mr. Felos approves.
Incidentally, if his client has done no wrong, I would reckon there is nothing to fear by any investigation. So, let the DCF press on. They don't require his permission.
