I was referring to the idea that ice should never be taken lightly or dismissed in cold weather. I will drop it here, however, since the shuttle disaster has been hashed thoroughly for the last 19 years and doesn't need to be revived here.
Thats's OK, the knob on Fox this morning kept calling it a Challengair!
