JON STEWART MAY IMPLODE? [Tim Graham] Jon Stewart, late in the Daily Show last night to Newsweek pundit Fareed Zakaria: "Ive watched this thing unfold from the start and heres the great fear that I have: What if Bush, the president, ours, has been right about this all along? I feel like my world view will not sustain itself and I may, and again I dont know if I can physically do this, implode. (Hat tip: David Frum).

Jon Stewart imploding is a nice image.
This is the second liberal commentator I have read today asking "What if Bush is right?" Interesting.

Isn't it great? But I doubt that we will hear this from many more liberals, they have way too much invested in the hate for the President, and it would kill them.

It's gonna get better. They ARE going to find WMDs somewhere over there. If not in Iraq, in Syria. Sooner or later, EVERY DAMN INTEL SERVICE IN THE WORLD will not have been wrong.

Let's put it this way. If Bush comes out of this smelling like a rose, the Democratic party may cease to exist.
(Okay, not really, but you get my point.)

He IS right, and the liberals will continue to do what liberals do best-live in their own weird little reality and lie to each other about how enlightened they are.

The media is so wishy-washy its mind boggling. None of them have the conviction to stick with any one idea. They change with the tides. They are like the children in the back of a car going, "are we there yet, are we there yet?"
They will be back to bashing Bush foreign policy again after this election frenzy dies down. It is impossible for any of them to look beyond their sycophantic liberal views.

Comedy fake-news anchor, started out nonpartisan but has drifted a couple of inches to the left every day for quite some time now. Gets a lot of mileage out of "Bush-is-dumb" jokes.
