We are trying to find out if there is some reason the advocacy group did not investigate Terri's case or if Mr. LaBelle's statement that they couldn't proceed because Michael S. would not give them permission to examine Terri is true.
Evidently they did not keep ExPatinFrance informed of the status of the complaint. But now they are ready with excuses as to why they didn't act on Terri's case.

I did file a complaint, way back when. I had a legitimate reason for asking for a follow up since I did file a cmplaint.
Thanks for the clarification. I wasn't sure if you had filed the complaint or not. So, I was trying to be careful in my reply to starwise
