That is !@$#&*%? stuff and nonsense !!! If it were true then Florida's Constitution is not worth the paper on which it's printed. Here, http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1345474/posts?page=169#169 , I posted relevant portions of gubernatorial duties in Florida's Constitution that any Florida governor has at least the discretionary authority to uphold.
The declaration of rights in ARTICLE I, SECTION 21, and General Provisions of ARTICLE II, SECTION 5.(a) are MANDATES. What Jeb Bush is permitting to happen on his watch is grotesque, disgusting and shameful, but wholly consistent with the globalist agenda to establish a precedent for terminating dyseconomic individuals.
