$100?? That is totally insane. Everything is about money today isn`t it? And you know why? L-A-W-Y-E-R-S. If there is even the slightest possibility they can sue people for money they will do it, and they let people know they will do it. This is just plain old blackmail. "Pay me an enormous sum or I will sue the living crap out of you".

Yes, that's it. It's not that Boeing needs the money; that $1000 and change they woudl theoretically make from my pitiful little production run wouldn;t even pay for their paperwork. however: what this came from, at least with Boeing, is that some brat somewhere choked on the engine pod of a model of a Boeing jetliner... and *Boeing* got sued.
