Matt Blunt wants a no excuse absentee ballot here in this state.

He must have completely lost his mind. I had not heard that. Maybe those of us who voted for him need to make him aware of our thinking on this.

Hopefully, the Republicans who control the legislator will have enough sense not to do this.
