Ohhh gee that's nice. Now we just have to figure out if an administration official would actually say that. Then of course you would have to figure out what it is that Kid Rock would've been performing anyways.

But no, you're right it's much better to admonish someone before they do something. You know it's kind of like declaring someone guilty before the commit a crime, in order to avoid the injustice.......
