I'm not real up on Alabama politics but name recognition is half the battle for any political candidate. Many folks are familiar with his name. That alone should make him competitive in the primaries and or election.

Name recognition isn't always a positive thing. We all know who Hillary is . . . how many of us are voting for her? LOL
