Homosexuals should be prohibited from the teaching profession.

The first law of homosexuality:

'Homosexuals don't reproduce, they recruit

The third law of homosexuality:

Any exposure of children to homosexual behavior is child abuse

Sodomites should be banned from all contact with children. (Something on the order of a leper colony should do nicely)

I've read the standards or requirements for those entering the teaching profession from the late 1800s - early 1900s. There were more concerns about personal moral character than there were about academic qualifications. I wish I had the lists to post.

Not that the academic standards weren't there, but the high moral character required was considered just as important. People understood that children need protection from degrading and polluting influences, and a person with poor moral behavior is not a good example and will influence children.

Children are like delicate plants - a plant bent when the stem is tender may never grow straight.
