Why don't lawyers go after the public school system?

Generally, it's tough if not impossible to sue the government. And the public schools aren't in the media's crosshairs.

That's my point. I'm watching for clues of the quid pro quo between the nea and lawyers, or the implicit threat of retaliation, or whatever Faustian bargain has been struck that creates these conditions.

It's time to repeal the Double Standard.
