Gregoire is going back into court to gain access to more spoiled ballots. Perkins-Coie is petitioning this afternoon. Probably with the same judge who bent over backwards for them last week.
All county GOP party's will be needing 25 or so volunteers that will be able to observe for a 12 hour shift. Can you imagine the mistakes that will occur because of fatigue?

Can you describe what is meant by a 'spoiled ballot'? And how could there be 'more'? Were there a portion of 'spoiled ballots' that were allowed for counting before?
Just curious of this angle. Thanks.
