The principal should have stuck to his principles! He was in the right. In the current political climate he could have stuck to his guns and let the parents come to his support. He should have held the position rather than bowing his head to political correctness. Instead of taking a stand, he backseated himself. I am under-impressed.

Well stated. So he takes some heat from the commie element, the scary part is that there is no support for this guy and had to apologize. And even scarier is that taxpayers actually overall trust this same entity with the perverted education of their child's schooling over reasonable reason.
