As I said, "grain of salt". Still, you do not see many editorials with this as the headliner.

Bin Laden plans to send Nuke to US through India - US and India
Sign treaty on customs cooperation
Karan Singh, Special Correspondent
For a long time the rumor world was saying Bin Laden will use a country like India to send a container of shipped cargo with Nukes to US. The experts have said, US is vulnerable to such cargo from a country not in the terror list or even close to the list.US and India today tried to pug the whole in cargo security.
According to PTI, India and the United States signed an agreement Wednesday for exchange of information and intelligence to prevent customs offences.
US Ambassador to India David C Mulford and Central Board of Excise and Customs chairman A K Singh signed the Customs Cooperation and Mutual Administrative Assistance Agreement at the Finance Ministry.
The agreement would formalise the existing working relationship between customs administrations of the two countries. "The combined effort of our customs authorities to set up a permanent site here was a testament to the significance of US-India cooperation against terrorism, drug trafficking, fraud and a host of other critical issues," Mulford said.
International criminal activities have increased with the rapid expansion of global economy, aided by opening borders and greater sophistication in technology, he said.
It was essential for the US to establish a network of bilateral agreements with customs agencies worldwide to thwart criminal and terrorist activities, he said. The agreement envisages sharing of information and intelligence, making enquiries on behalf of other customs administrations and providing available information with regard to movement of goods and false declaration, certificates of origin, invoices, and forged documents.
Singh said the agreement would help India in getting reliable information to enable detection and investigation of customs violation, especially in cases of under-valuation of imports and over-valuation of exports, which in turn would boost revenues.
