"And you claim that keeping abortion on demand legal is "in defense of the Constitution, not individuals", right? "

As it is currently interpreted, yes. The SCOTUS has that responsibility, and excercised it. You just disagree with the outcome, so you have whined about it for 30-odd years. Ergo, my statement that you too would like activist judges, so long as they are on YOUR side.

"So killing babies to protect the Constitution, you can live with that? 4,000 dead babies TODAY. You can live with that, right?"

First, you and the other zealots wave around figures like that constantly. Do you really believe anyone on either side hasn't heard them yet? And what effect have they had, other than to satisfy some urge you have to repeat them?

And second, once again, not everyone in the US considers all fertilized eggs to be "babies". This is obvious if your numbers are accurate. Might it be time to try another approach?

Give up the "You Godless murdering heathen, you WILL vote the way I TELL you to vote or I will call you a murderer again" approach? Are you nuts? Why tamper with perfection in public relations?

(sarcasm OFF)

So ALL ACTIVISM from the left that is settled law is now OK in your book? You equate undoing ACTIVISM with ACTIVISM? You are truly out of step with mainstream conservatism here.

Do you support Justices Thomas and Scalia and their views?

Just a fertilized egg?!

Here's my approach - the truth:

According to the latest Centers for Disease Control Abortion Surveillance report, 77% of abortions are performed after 7 weeks of gestational age of the child.

This is a child at 7 weeks, after which 77% of all abortions are performed:

This child is NOT just a fertilized egg. She is as human as you are.

This is a child at 8 weeks, after which 60% of all abortions are performed:

This child is NOT just a fertilized egg. He is as human as you are.

This is a child at 11 weeks, after which 22% of all abortions are performed:

This child is NOT just a fertilized egg. He is as human as you are.

These children are NOT just fertilized eggs! Each child can feel pain. Each child has a beating heart. Each child has brain function. Each child can move independantly. Each of these children have a right to life! These children are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights. Among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Why do you insist upon denying these children their humanity and thus their right to live?

Hear the words of the Lord, Jesus Christ:

THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO ST MATTHEW, CHAPTER 18

5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

6 But whoso shall offend• one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO ST MATTHEW, CHAPTER 25

31 ¶ When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

33 And he shall set the sheep on his right• hand, but the goats on the left.

34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right• hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom• prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited• me: I was in prison•, and ye came unto me.

37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done• it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left• hand, Depart• from me, ye cursed•, into everlasting fire, prepared• for the devil and his angels:

42 For I was an hungred•, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:

43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.

44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or thirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?

45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least• of these, ye did it not to me.

46 And these shall go away into everlasting• punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

I urge you strongly to reconsider your position on this.
