...so you agree with me that shortly hereafter Powell resigns, and a fresh start is brought into the DoS - that Allawi and Bush need to come to grips with consolidating sovereignty and security of ALL in Iraq? :)

Powell could screw up the components of an ice cream cone.
Allawi has to live in iraq. He has to deal with his decisions day in and day out. I believe W should have imput however. If Iraq is truly going to belong to Iraqis. It's Allawi's final decision.
