The thought of the Turks attacking US, in our protectorate, is absurd.Agreed. They can kiss their entry into the EU goodbye if the did, and that would be the least of their worries.

Good point, other than France, no one would vote for the Turks entering the EU if they attack Iraq.

How do you know that France, Germany (EU: Old Europe) hasn't used Turkey as a proxy in the M.E. against America and Israel this whole time; i.e., since Clinton screwed them over following GW1?
