When Free Republic starts its own news service, sign me up as a correspondent

This is exactly what FP needs to do!. It could be well established by 2006 - get a lot of real info out there...

count me in...having increasingly hard time getting anything conservative printed these days. My editor (9th since I started writing!) is socialist - as has been the last 4-5. My 'local" weekly now owned by conglomerate from south that nows owns all weeklies up and down Mid coast. They DO control the media.

We need to get the word out and available. And the Internet is the new wide-open avenue with tens of thousands new folk coming online

If we get a jump on the other side, we can dominate

While we are at it, we need a fair and balanced newspaper in the Tampa Bay area. The St. Pete Times, aka the Communist Daily Worker has always been leftist. The Tampa Tribune was recently hijacked by the left. This is a great market and considering that Bush did very well in this area, a fair and balanced newspaper meaning conservative, would be very popular here. I think it would ultimately put the Trib out of business since it would be redundant to the Communist Daily Worker.
