Here's my perfect candidate:

1. A governor. Governor's have the executive experience that a President needs and don't carry the legislative baggage of a Senator.

2. Preferably from a large State. The larger the state, the more electoral votes and the higher the name recognition.

3. From a Blue State. The bigger Blue the state, the more we EVs we steal from the left.

4. A recognized name: If Hilary is indeed the candidate, overcoming her name recognition will be an uphill, and COSTLY battle. We won't have a lot of time to "introduce" our candidate to America. They already know Hilary. It would be nice if they already know (AND LIKE!) our pick.
