Why do we have pictures of live "insurgents?" Yeah, shouldn't they be laid out on the ground? How is the press (AP) getting these pics out, and I didn't know Al Jazeera had a pool photographer. Hmmm....wonder if his camera looks like a shoulder missle launcher??
