While I applaud the outcome, I have a problem with the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force chasing easy money seizure cases instead of narcotics cases. Law enforcement should be well funded but this is not the way to do it. Put the money in some general fund or something. Fix I.N.S. and let them handle immigration issues and let the Narcotics Task Force get drugs off the streets. Just my opinion . . .

He was, however, allowed to keep all his official matricula cards, each proving that he was exactly the person he claimed to be. BTW, does this mean that he will have to pay the "out of state" tuition rates at the community college?

But his life was turned upside down in April of 2003 when he was caught smuggling illegal aliens into the U.S. Yeah, right, I guess he was doing it in his sleep and he didn't realize it until they caught him. And then his life was turned upside down.
