If they were in line when the polls closed, then yes, they get to vote.
The concern is that the (D)s are bussing in people as we speak to stand at the end of the line and keep asking for ballots.....

No, no, no. They had to be in line when the polls closed. They could vote IF they were in line in time. No getting in line after closing time.
