Just finished voting in Helena. Huge turnout in the rain, but not a bad wait as they had anticipated this and set up extra tables and chairs. Over 3k votes in my precinct - I believe this is a record and we haven't even hit the post-work surge yet. BTW, this area can aptly be described as Broken Glass Republican.
And, to illustrate the value of a good education, my daughter's Christian school held a mock election today. Results: Bush 141, Kerry 3, Nader 1. I supplied a life-sized W cutout and we had to hang around after school for all of the kids, parents and teachers to finish having their pictures taken with W.....
My son's Christian school held their mock election yesterday. Votes were tallied and announced today. President Bush - 66, Kerry - 2.
It's truly a small world avelliott as I too have a life size cut-out of the President. He watches me freep from the office every day. ;-)
