That's not the point, they are trying to make it easier for Kerry to declare victory early in the evening before all polls are closed and votes tallied!

Dont sweat it I voted weeks ago, I wasn't panicking just reporting what Rush said.When do the first pols close?I want to see some real results before I get depressed or happy.
