God, I know the networks are going to take a longer time then usual to report anything.
Has anyone "heard" any early results? rumors, etc?
Go Kerry!
Reply...Yeah I heard Bush won in a landslide.
hahahahahaha

There is also a "Question Liberal Authority" out there.
To: GraniteStateConservative
Hmmm...where to start:
Bush is "destructive"
Against school vouchers
Pro-gay marriage
Pro almost any social program
Favors higher taxes for rich
Pro national healthcare
Bush went to war for "oil"
All war is wrong except WWII when Hitler had to be defeated
United States is not the great country "they" want us to think it is
We became a wealthy nation by taking from others
Need I go on..?

You should definitely wait until tomorrow.

I have to confess I'm somewhat skeptical of this, but if Bush actually wins Pennsylvania, we'll be looking at a mini-landslide.

The dream ticket would be Gingrich/Santorum in 2008. Sadly, Newt's negatives are too high to place him on the ballot even as the VP candidate.

I was listening to the ULTRA-liberal talk show here in Boston and a lot of people were calling in to say that they were voting for Bush, mostly for reasons of national security.
The hosts were discouraged. A telling comment from one of the hosts: "The only thing that Kerry is sincere about is that he wants to win."
The other host: "They took a poll at my kid's school in Cambridge, and it was 93-3, Kerry."

Sounds like the political equivalent of a three-bagger...
One for her head, one for yours in case hers falls off, and one for the dog so he'll still respect you in the morning.
To: MHGinTN
Newt would be great, just the negative backlash would be huge. I was thinking of a popular Gov., like Owens?

Well, we get along in every other capacity. I wonder if our political views will eventually lead to our undoing.

Yes! If we sweep the Big Three early on, this will be an easy win.

Thanx for the fantastic comments on Sen Santorum. Have admired him for a while. Since we have the wretched Edwards as a supposed senator from NC, to see a real man in that position is indeed heartening. The Church here in our diocese of Raleigh is so liberal, and the ordinary made the adviso that Catholics should use their own conscience in voting. How's that for a dodge? Would like to be on your list, but don't know to go about it. Could you advise? God bless W.

One of the thoughtful negatives about Kerry and Edwards is their lack of leadership for a real governmental complexity ... a governor of ANY state would be a better choice. Newt has excellent credentials as leader of the House. Santorum has excellent credentials as a conservative and a genuinely good man.

I could support Senator Santorum is a heartbeat for running on '08. He's not afraid to express his faith. I haven't followed his voting record but seeing him debate on cspan2 and hearing him go after Rendell, I really believe he has it. Gut feeling.
